Director

ATI Advisory is currently seeking a Director to join our company. 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple clients and lead engagements as primary point of contact with executive-level clients.
  • Manage multiple projects including project teams, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Build, deepen, and strengthen the value we deliver to clients and our relationships with them.
  • Contribute to developing new lines of consulting services and new client relationships.
  • Contribute substantially to mission and impact through analysis and content creation.
  • Lead primary research and/or quantitative analyses.
  • Mentor and support professional development of junior team members.

Preferred Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong subject matter expertise in one or more of the following: healthcare policy and regulatory environment; healthcare financing and delivery; Medicare and/or Medicaid; value-based care; Medicare Advantage; long-term services and supports; and aging.
  • 6-8 years of relevant work-experience consulting to a wide range of organizations/clients in healthcare and aging.
  • Considerable experience conducting and delivering high quality healthcare research, strategic analysis, policy analysis, and/or financial analysis.
  • Ability to apply critical thinking and knowledge across broad range of projects and sectors.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) appropriate to different audiences and stakeholders.

Location:

Preference for Washington, DC or surrounding area (100% remote status during public health emergency)

Research and Data Analytics Intern - Summer

ATI Advisory is currently recruiting for its Summer Internship Program.  

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research on a diverse array of healthcare and aging services issues affecting older adults.
  • Draft written summaries, Excel documents/models, PowerPoint presentations to provide strategic recommendations to clients.
  • Review external reports and publications and summarize relevant findings
  • Provide project management support, including preparation of meeting materials, scheduling meetings, and taking notes.
  • Develop content expertise on a range of healthcare and aging issues.
  • Ensure website content is updated with news, events, and content that ATI has produced
  • Perform quality control (QC) on publicly facing materials and client deliverables.

Preferred Skills and Competencies:

  • Exceptional analytical, problem solving, and quantitative skills
  • Programming and/or financial modeling experience
  • Ability to synthesize extensive research findings into relevant insights
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively
  • High degree of professional maturity
  • High level of initiative, quick learning ability, and resourcefulness
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience working in Excel

Requirements:

  • Rising Senior undergraduate or graduate student pursuing degree in public policy, public health, public administration, business, statistics, economics, mathematics, or another related field.
  • Interest in the healthcare field and in health and aging policy issues.

ATI Advisory is currently seeking a Analyst to join our company. 

Responsibilities:

  • Design research protocols and conduct qualitative and quantitative research on a diverse array of healthcare and aging services issues affecting older adults.
  • Develop summaries, research papers, and PowerPoint presentations to provide strategic recommendations to clients.
  • Solve problems and use judgement to identify and question key assumptions that drive analysis and recommendations.
  • Think creatively about analyses and datasets to deliver value to clients.
  • Responsible for quality and accuracy of analysis.
  • Manage projects from conception and kickoff through final delivery of project.
  • Develop content expertise on a range of healthcare and aging issues.
  • Present to clients on subject matter.

Preferred Skills and Competencies:

  • Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills
  • SAS programming, financial modeling, or other quantitative research experience
  • Ability to synthesize extensive research findings into relevant insights
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both written and verbally

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • Basic understanding of consulting environment

Requirements:

  • An undergraduate or graduate degree in public policy, public health, public administration, business, statistics, economics, mathematics, or other related field.
  • 3-6 years of relevant work experience preferred; including consulting, research, program administration, or operations specific to Medicare and/or Medicaid.
  • Experience and comfort in independently analyzing data and information, preparing written summaries and visual displays that clearly convey information.
  • Ability to manage and lead tasks and lead small projects, providing critical insights into project design and execution.
  • Ability to contribute to business development by supporting firm’s thought leadership efforts (e.g., data analysis used in external press) and helping to manage client relationships.
  • Ability to problem solve independently and work with incomplete information.
  • Comfort presenting analyses to external audiences.
  • Demonstrated interest and expertise in at least one area: healthcare policy and regulatory environment; healthcare financing and delivery; Medicare and/or Medicaid; value-based care; Medicare Advantage; long-term services and supports; and aging.
