Brianna Ensslin Janoski
Brianna Ensslin Janoski is a Director at ATI Advisory focusing on issues related to Medicaid LTSS and dually eligible populations. Prior to this, she was an independent consultant who supported clients on projects related to managed care, Medicaid, Medicare, SHIPs, and integrating care for some of our nation’s most vulnerable populations. Most recently, Brianna served briefly as the Associate Vice President of Medicare/MMP Product at Molina Healthcare where she led the team responsible for more than 20 plan benefit packages, driving development, administration, and training of these products nationally. Prior to this role, Brianna was a Director of Public Policy at Molina where she supported its plans across the country on a variety of federal and state legislative, regulatory, and policy priorities. Brianna focused on issues related to D-SNPs, MMPs, and MLTSS programs, notably spearheading the organization’s policy and advocacy around MMP enrollment growth and capitated Financial Alignment Demonstration program extensions, as well as D-SNP default enrollment and preparing for D-SNP rule changes.
Before joining Molina, Brianna worked at the Center for Health Care Strategies (CHCS) supporting projects focused on integrated care and complex populations including CMS’ Integrated Care Resource Center and Health Homes Information Resource Center. She also worked on several foundation-funded projects that engaged over a dozen state Medicaid agency staff and a half a dozen managed care organizations through group and individual technical assistance efforts aimed at developing, implementing, and refining models of care for dually eligible individuals and other complex populations. Brianna also has experience in a variety of capacities at the state government, conducting disparities-focused research, and teaching undergraduates.
Brianna received her Master of Public Health in Urban Health and Bachelor of Science in Health Science degrees from Northeastern University in Boston, MA.
