Cleanthe (Cleo) Kordomenos
Cleanthe (Cleo) Kordomenos, Senior Analyst, applies her experience with federal and state health insurance programs to advise and provide technical assistance, research, and analysis to clients on issues related to Medicaid LTSS, dually eligible populations, and delivery system transformation for people with complex health and social needs.
Prior to joining ATI, Cleo was a mixed methods public health research and policy analyst within RTI International’s Aging, Disability, and Long-Term Care Program. In this role, Cleo provided technical assistance for and evaluation of federal health care delivery and financing demonstrations on behalf of the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation (CMMI), including the Financial Alignment Initiative (FAI) and the Initiative to Reduce Avoidable Hospitalizations among Nursing Facility Residents (NFI). She also advanced qualitative research efforts on integrated care models for dually eligible individuals and populations with LTSS needs for the Office of Assistant Secretary for Planning and Evaluation at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (ASPE) and the Medicaid and CHIP Payment Access Commission (MACPAC).
Cleo received her Master of Public Health from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health and a Bachelor of Arts in Health Communication Studies from The College of New Jersey.
