Josh McGilliard is a Director in ATI’s Provider Strategy and Care Transformation Practice. He brings more than a decade of experience in PACE leadership, strategic growth, and operations. He has extensive expertise in PACE growth, operations, financial claims management, population health, regulatory navigation, and legislative policy to drive innovation and impact.
Prior to ATI, McGilliard previously served as Executive Director of the PACE organization in Roanoke, Virginia, where he played a pivotal role in its acquisition. He held critical operational and leadership roles with InnovAge, including developing and leading a national network provider strategy.
As a past President and former member of the Virginia PACE Alliance, McGilliard has been a key leader in legislative advancements that have fostered PACE growth across the Commonwealth of Virginia. His efforts focused on bipartisan legislation, enhancing PACE awareness, and addressing enrollment barriers.
McGilliard earned a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Radford University.
