Katya Seligman, MPH, PMP is a Director with deep experience in project operations and the delivery and oversight of technical assistance initiatives focused on improving health care delivery.
As Director of Project Management, Seligman is a trusted partner to project teams and clients, and is responsible for developing and implementing project management best practices and tools across the organization.
Prior to joining ATI Advisory, Seligman served as a Senior Managing Consultant at Mathematica, where she led large federal health contracts, providing strategic oversight of multiple concurrent workstreams, teams, and contractors, ensuring projects were delivered on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.
Seligman holds a Master of Public Health in Community Health from the University of Illinois at Chicago, a Bachelor of Arts from Earlham College, and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
