Analyst

Radhika Purandare conducts qualitative and quantitative research analyses to support ATI’s clients.

Prior to joining ATI, she worked at the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation (CMMI) on the Transforming Maternal Health (TMaH) and Pennsylvania Rural Health (PARHM) models. She conducted in-depth policy research to inform model development and conducted qualitative interviews with Center staff to improve project management capabilities. Previously, Purandare was the Public Policy Fellow at AcademyHealth, where she supported outreach to legislative staff and advocacy efforts to increase funding for health-related agencies. As a Fulbright Scholar at the Karolinska Institute in Sweden, she led a mixed-methods study to evaluate the impact of doula support on the birth experiences and mental and physical health outcomes of migrant populations.

Purandare earned a Master of Public Health degree in health policy and management from Columbia University. She also holds bachelor’s degrees in public health and communication studies from The College of New Jersey.
