Adam Bloom-Paicopolos works on ATI’s Medicare-Medicaid Integration and LTSS Innovation teams.
Bloom-Paicopolos was most recently a consultant at Pointe Health, advising clients on value-based care, Medicare Advantage, and market strategy projects and initiatives. He previously worked as an associate on the Public Policy team at the Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute (PCORI), where he was responsible for a broad portfolio of policy issues and Congressional, policymaker, and stakeholder relations. In this role, Bloom-Paicopolos worked closely on PCORI’s behavioral health portfolio and co-led the organization’s first intellectual and developmental disabilities stakeholder engagement team.
Adam Bloom-Paicopolos earned his master’s degree in Public Policy and bachelor’s degree in Government & Politics from the University of Maryland. He currently serves on the Board of the Friends of the Alexandria Mental Health Center, a DC-area nonprofit that provides financial and social support to community members facing mental health challenges.
