She oversees complex, multi-stakeholder engagements, providing operational leadership across the project management life cycle.
Prior to joining ATI Advisory, Fleischman served as a Program Manager at Mathematica, where she directed operations for large federal health contracts focused on Medicaid, Medicare, and health policy research. She led multidisciplinary teams, managed complex project portfolios, and implemented operational improvements that strengthened project delivery, enhanced collaboration, and supported successful client outcomes.
Fleischman holds a Master of Public Health from Kent State University, a Bachelor of Science in Public Health from Muhlenberg College, and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
