Practice Director

Brianna Janoski leads ATI's State Program and Policy Practice. She has spent her career working with states and health plans on issues related to Medicaid, long-term services and supports (LTSS), Medicare-Medicaid programs serving dual eligible populations, and other programs serving populations with complex needs.

Before joining ATI, she was an independent consultant who supported clients on projects related to managed care, Medicaid, Medicare, State Health Insurance Assistance Programs (SHIPs), and integrating care for dual eligible populations. Most recently, Janoski served as the Associate Vice President of Medicare/MMP Product at Molina Healthcare. Here, she led the team responsible for more than 20 plan benefit packages, driving development, administration, and training of these products nationally. Prior to this role, Janoski was a Director of Public Policy at Molina Healthcare where she supported its plans across the country on a variety of federal and state legislative, regulatory, and policy priorities including developing innovative program ideas for Medicaid procurement responses, advocating for D-SNP enrollment growth, and preparing for regulatory changes in D-SNP, MMP, and MLTSS programs.

Janoski began her career at the Center for Health Care Strategies where she provided technical assistance to state Medicaid agencies launching Financial Alignment Demonstrations and Section 2703 Health Homes on behalf of the Integrated Care Resource Center. She also supported various foundation-funded efforts to engage state agency staff and explore opportunities to improve accessibility and quality of LTSS and integrated care programs.

Janoski received her Master of Public Health in Urban Health and Bachelor of Science in Health Science degrees from Northeastern University in Boston, MA.
