Graceanne Horton

Graceanne Horton conducts qualitative and quantitative research analyses to support ATI’s clients.

Prior to ATI, Horton worked as a Research Associate and Project Manager at the University of Michigan studying the role of health policy in healthy aging. Her work included exploration and interpretation of relevant legislation, quantitative and qualitative analyses, and the development of published articles. During her graduate studies, she interned at the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services in the Division of Eligibility and Coverage Demonstrations supporting states applying for 1115 demonstrations. Her work consisted of policy development, technical assistance, and monitoring and evaluation. Horton has also collaborated with the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services on numerous projects, including supporting Community Health Workers, developing communications plans, and building databases.

Horton received a Master of Public Health degree from the University of Michigan where she studied health management and policy. Prior to this, Horton studied public health and political science at Calvin University.
