Jade Gong advises organizations on advancing innovative models of senior care. With more than 30 years of experience in strategy, management and policy, Jade brings strategic insight into integrated models of senior care, strong operational knowledge of post-acute and long-term care programs, and deep expertise in Medicare and Medicaid payment policy.
Jade is one of the nation’s leading experts in the growth and management of Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) programs. She currently serves on the Public Policy Committee of the American Geriatrics Society and the Public Policy Committee of the National PACE Association. Jade has also served on the CMS Technical Expert Panel for Development of PACE Quality Measures.
Prior to her work with ATI Advisory, Jade has held senior positions at the National PACE Association (NPA), Health Dimensions Group (HDG), the American Health Care Association (AHCA) and the Lewin Group (now part of United Health Care/Optum). Jade began her career as a Registered Nurse at New York Hospital in the cardiothoracic ICU.
Jade received a Master of Business Administration from the Yale University School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (cum laude) from New York University.
