Jennifer Sisto Gall, MPH is a Director in ATI’s Managed Care Strategy and Operations Practice. An accomplished healthcare business executive with more than 15 years of experience, Sisto Gall is a dynamic leader who has successfully overseen the growth of innovative services and spanned policy change from reform to implementation, in pursuit of better and more equitable health outcomes. Her expertise is at the intersection of healthcare strategy, technology, and policy. Sisto Gall crafts impactful go-to-market strategies, fosters collaborative relationships, and navigates the intricacies of healthcare policy in pursuit of organizations' north star missions.

Sisto Gall most recently served as Vice President, Government Programs at Twill focused on working with Managed Care organizations to support the mental well-being and care journey for pregnant and postpartum people on Medicaid, and for healthy aging within Medicare. Prior to Twill, Sisto Gall was the Director of Policy and Clinical Programs at Phreesia, focused on advancing digital-first, person-centered data collection for health equity, including the Patient Activation Measure (PAM) in quality measurement programs and CMS Innovation Center models. Sisto Gall also led Lyft’s Government Business Development and Strategy for Lyft’s Healthcare business, focusing on non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) and transportation as a social determinant of health and bringing rideshare newly into 25 Medicaid programs. During her time at Lyft, she served as a Transportation SME for the Gravity Project, MACPAC, The National Academies, and the National Quality Forum (NQF). Prior to Lyft, Jennifer worked with Evidation Health to launch digital biomarker research with clients to understand how everyday behavior and health interact. She also worked at Change Healthcare where she led Enterprise Strategy initiatives across the $3B portfolio, focused on software and services for health systems and health plans. She completed a post-graduate Rotational Program with RelayHealth, a division of McKesson (which became Change Healthcare), where she drove the go-to-market launch of a clinical and claims data platform with a focus on quality measures. Sisto Gall started her career as a consultant with Accenture within both the public and private sector Healthcare consulting practices, including leading initiatives for HHS/ONC supporting the Standards & Interoperability Framework, and as a business architect for HHS/CMS on the Healthcare.gov recovery effort.

Sisto Gall has her Master of Public Health in Health Policy and Management from the University of California, Berkeley School of Public Health. She received her BS from the McKelvey School of Engineering at Washington University in St. Louis in Systems Science and Mathematics, with a second major in Healthcare Management from Olin School of Business.
