Olivia Blumenshine supports ATI Advisory’s internal and external communication initiatives.

Prior to joining ATI, Blumenshine served as a Research Assistant in pediatric neuro-oncology at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. In this role, she designed and performed experiments targeting alterations in the PI3K/mTOR pathway to model oncogenic cell growth in diffuse midline gliomas. Blumenshine previously served as a Research Assistant at the Digital Lab for Primate Research at Washington University in St. Louis, where she assessed the social and behavioral health of captive chimpanzees. Concurrently, she conducted research at WashU’s Paleoethnobotany lab, where she analyzed plant samples from Late Archaic archaeological sites to study food behavior and contributed to updating data management methods. Blumenshine is passionate about the application of systems thinking to issues related to environmental conservation, human migration, and global health.

Blumenshine received her bachelors' degrees in both English Literature and Anthropology from Washington University in St. Louis.
